Dr. Rohit Garg

Dr. Rohit Garg, a distinguished and award-winning Senior Psychiatrist, is the founder of the Mind Vriksha Clinic, and aims to revolutionize mental health care with a team of expert psychologists.

His tenure as a senior resident at AIIMS and his academic excellence from BJ Medical College and King George Medical University underpin his exceptional practice. Recognized with accolades like India’s Best Doctor Award and the Rajiv Gandhi Rashtriya Ekta Samman Award, Dr. Garg has also provided pro-bono care to over 10,000 underprivileged patients, exemplifying his dedication to community welfare and mental health advancements.

Now, he aims to enhance patients' lives using neurofeedback therapy, a new and effective modality in mental health treatment.

Dr. Saurabh Avi

Dr. Saurabh is a dedicated Psychiatrist with six years of experience. His impressive credentials include an MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Delhi University (2014), an M.D. in Psychiatry from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi (2020), and a Fellowship in Sexology and Psychosexual Counseling from WNHO Institute of Sexology (2022).

Currently working alongside Dr. Rohit Garg at Mind Vriksha, he collaborates with experienced psychologists to deliver personalized treatment plans. Trained in neurofeedback therapy, Dr. Saurabh pioneers new pathways in patient care.Through his dedication, Dr. Saurabh is bringing meaningful changes to the mental health landscape, helping numerous individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Smita Chatterjee

Smita is a skilled psychologist based in Delhi, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST University and a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia University.

With extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and adults, she adeptly addresses a wide range of mental health challenges for individuals, couples, and families.

Smita is also trained in Neurofeedback therapy, offering an advanced, evidence-based approach to enhancing brain function and mental well-being. Passionate about stories of resilience, Smita feels privileged to be part of her clients' journeys toward achieving their most content and fulfilled selves.

Anirudh Katyal

Anirudh Katyal is a psychologist with a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and a master's degree in Neuropsychology.

Fascinated by the intricate ways the brain influences behavior, his primary research interests include exploring brain functioning in relation to psychiatric illnesses, education, sports, learning, and behavior.

He has collaborated with various organizations to enhance his knowledge and contribute positively to society. Currently, Anirudh administers neurofeedback therapy at the “Door of Hope” rehabilitation center, helping individuals address addiction disorders and other psychiatric concerns.

His work aims to bring relief and understanding to patients facing daily challenges, fostering their journey towards recovery and well-being.

Ira Mishra

Ira is a dedicated counseling psychologist at Mind Vriksha. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University.

Alongside her clinical expertise, Ira has worked with Tap Foundation NGO as their Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist, showcasing her versatility and commitment to social causes.

She will be instrumental in raising awareness about Mind Vriksha’s upcoming initiative to introduce neurofeedback therapy.

With her expertise as a counseling psychologist and her passion for innovative mental health approaches, Ira will play a key role in educating and inspiring the audience about the benefits of neurofeedback therapy and mental health awareness.
